Views, entrecard drops and more
We are working on an easier way to vote for stories. Look for that to come online this week. Hopefully!.
We also have had some visitors ask us what the “views” mean. Well since our name is Entreview we figured that people would be more interested in how many views (Actual “Views” of their sites and possible conversions to Entrecard “drops”) then how many votes there were.
Of course, votes do matter a lot becuase the more votes your story has the higher you rise in the Top posts in each category which increases your chances of being viewed and dropped on.
BTW if you don’t have an Entrecard widget, you really need one. Go get one here.
In the example below, you can see the two ways to gauge your post.
- The first is by VIEWS. This counts how many people have clicked through to your site and potentially have “Dropped” on you.
- The second is by VOTES. This counts how many people have liked your site enough to boost it in the rankings. This is good because the higher you are the better your chances of getting “dropped” on.
Look for improvements to both in the short term!

After years of blogging, I made chump change with Adsense and affiliate sales. Why? Hardly any traffic. If you want to bank, you need lots of traffic. Getting cheap, quality traffic by the thousands per day is almost impossible with Adwords or SEO. But I found a site that showed me how to get tons of visitors for pennies. I went from well under $100 a day to $300 on a bad day using it. If you are looking for more traffic (more $$), check it out —> Cheap Blog Traffic Secret.
